Any issues regarding our member’s reliability should be reported to the network management and will be taken care immediately.
Each member will be ranked as Port Agent is a non-exclusive network with an unlimited number of users.
All port agents are subject to ranking endorsement and the failure of not achieving a minimum rating of at least three endorsements within a trail period of one year is equal of losing the membership that will not be renewed.
PORT AGENTS DOES NOT OBLIGE THE MEMBERS TO GRANT ANY CREDIT TERMS. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OUR MEMBERS TO PAY THEIR SHIPMENT OBLIGATIONS AGAINST THE RELEASE. IN THIS WAY THERE WILL BE NO NEED OF PAYING A PROTECTION PLAN AND ONLY GOOD COMPANIES WILL AFFORD TO BE PART OF THE PORT AGENTS NETWORK.
