We enroll quality forwarders ONLY dedicated to providing an excellent service, as excellence precede success!
The network sends automatically ALL the sales leads and quotes to the members registered in the origin country.
All the members without exception, are demanded to respect the code of conduct and settle their own profit share with the other members. We recommend a common-sense P/S of at least 50 EUR / container shipped through the network. at least a shipment per quarter to maximize the income of the members
Our agents are required to collaborate and give at least 10% of their business leads inside the network by cumulating at least a shipment / quarter to maximize the income of the members.
Our network requires a 24h quoting time frame among the agents and paying on time, preferrable against the release if not mutual agreed differently.
Port Agents is opened to all independent Freight Forwarders, NVOCC Logistics Operators, Customs Brokers or transport companies across the globe. Each application is reviewed by the administrator at free of charge. Upon the acceptance the first annual membership invoice with the agreement will be sent directly by e-mail. All port agents must accept the code of conduct. Invoices are mailed 30 days prior to the expiration date.

- Provide all needed documents like Value Added Tax, Commercial Registration, Financial Statement and all memberships’ certificates (if any);
- Provide three referrals of international forwarders
While so many logistics networks nowadays offer a free membership, this inevitably implies a loss of quality.
There is no need for us to emphasis global branding, annual meetings, screening of new members because the quality or the agents is the most important goal for us.
Unlike mostly all of the existing networks, Port Agents is not focusing on making money but in creating a valuable partnership with our agents, connecting members and ensure they are all working under the same standards.
The amount settled for the membership has been wisely chosen as any small or big company could pay and join, and in this way, they have an equal opportunity. Port Agents does not charge caution fee or subscription fee, only a small and affordable amount.
*If payment is made by international wire, the charge is 25,00 € to offset the costs raised by intermediate banks.
Members are responsible for their own bank charges, separate from the Annual Membership Fee, which cover a 12-month membership period. Membership approval is only possible after receiving the total Annual Membership Fee.
The payment of the fee confirms that each agent has accepted the general conditions, the Code of conduct and agreed to be a part of the strict selection process where the information provided in the application form is revised and accurately analyzed by the Port Agents management whose decisions are final and not questionable.
When submitting company news, photos, logos or press releases to the Port Agents management, members give the permission to use the material in group promotions, on their website or newsletters.
